Grant Park Village
One such location is Grant Park Village, a mixed-use project on NE Broadway Ave at NE 32nd Ave. This three-story project includes apartments arranged into four separate buildings, with open wells to the parking area that provide energy-saving daylight. Architects have also created a common terrace for residents to enjoy. Below the apartments and on the most visible corner, a New Seasons Market will reside. Car and bicycle parking are included. Our Prairie Electric team was pleased to provide electrical services for this project, helping to bring much-needed housing to Portland’s NE neighborhood in a manner that benefits the environment and provides convenience to residents and customers alike.
Hawthorne Twenty-Six
We’re so proud to have worked on this project! This new building on Hawthorne Boulevard is just what the neighborhood had coming: stunning, efficient apartments, Coava Coffee cafe’ on the ground floor, community spaces on every level, and even a top floor deck for social events and star-gazing! Best of all, the architects have included parking below the building to avoid overcrowding the street. Our team was proud to wire this building for the convenience of all, and to do so while meeting Gold LEED Standards.
