550 MLK Mixed Use

Prairie Electric provided full electrical design-build services for the 550 MLK Mixed Use project, a 7-story, 132-unit development located in Portland, Oregon. Working alongside general contractor Truebeck Construction, our team successfully delivered a comprehensive electrical package over an 18-month timeline.

Our scope included all building electrical systems, as well as integrated low-voltage infrastructure for security, fire alarm, and phone/data. From initial design to final installation, Prairie Electric ensured seamless coordination and high-performance solutions tailored to meet the needs of this modern mixed-use space.
