Built for Control, Built for You

When it comes to industrial automation and process control, your panel is the nerve center. It has to be built right, with every wire, relay, and sensor functioning exactly as designed. Prairie Electric’s control panel team works directly with OEMs, municipalities, manufacturers, amusement parks, and a range of specialized industries to design and build robust panels for any application.

Our custom builds can move materials, pump liquids, open valves, control motors and sensors, and more all with precision. We’re here to help you build a control system that works seamlessly with your equipment.

Full-Service Design and Engineering

No design? No problem. Prairie Electric can take your hand-drawn sketch and process narrative and turn it into a fully detailed control panel design with a complete bill of materials (BOM), schematic drawings, and production documentation. Our engineering team specializes in developing systems for motor controls, sensor integration, HMI (human machine interface) programming, and more.

Already have a design ready? We’re happy to build from your existing plans and specs, ensuring every panel is built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

High-Quality Assembly and Testing

Once the design is finalized, our UL 508A-certified panel shop gets to work. Every control panel is assembled with precision and care by our experienced technicians. We conduct thorough quality control testing to ensure each panel functions exactly as intended before it leaves our facility.

Need extra parts, harnesses, or custom brackets? We can take care of that too. Our goal is to make your project easier, and to provide a finished product that’s ready to drop into your system.
