Commercial Electric Design-Build

Design-Build is the process of taking your idea, designing the appropriate system, engineering the materials and equipment needed, and then moving on to installation. In the past, designing commercial electrical systems might have been done on a drafting table with a pencil and paper. Today, AutoCAD and Building Information 3D Modeling allows us to create the entire structure electronically.

Applications such as Revit and Navisworks allows us to design a system from every angle for the most efficient electrical systems. During the design phase, we’ll also coordinate the pre-construction services, including the installation of temporary power supplies. Once in place, the work begins.

Commercial Electrical Services

Although we’re single-family residential electricians, we also take on multi-family jobs. The wiring inside townhomes, condominiums, and apartments, as well as the buried infrastructure required for a new subdivision. This includes necessary excavation and the installation of underground electrical vaults.

In addition to utility transformers and other high voltage work, we also install street lighting, tying into existing power structures, as well as site lighting on the grounds. If you’re building a new subdivision, we will bring the power in.

Commercial Electricians

Once the power is brought to a site, our design-build team will make sure electricity throughout the site is built to code. This includes emergency lighting, surge suppression, and lighting protection. For added security, we install fire alarms, intercom systems, closed-circuit television, and security cameras.

Having issues with outages, surges, and other electrical issues? We also provide repairs, maintenance, and upgrades in commercial facilities. Our experience allows us to troubleshoot a problem quickly and our skill lets us rectify the situation sooner rather than later.
