For our work on automated conveyor systems, we will likely follow a three-step process. This will inform not just our conveyor work but all the programming and design work we do.
We design the program. We learn about its intended lifecycle and what it must accomplish. And we focus on how our work will satisfy the requirements of the relevant systems.
Next, we’ll review the designs to ensure it meets those stated requirements.
Finally, we implement production. This is followed by application evaluations. These are designed to assess the program’s performance and its productivity within the conveyor system.
Scalable
These basic production processes are scalable and implementable to any automated conveyor system. Best of all, we can deliver a fully automated system with electrical controls built in-house.
Thus, when you partner with Prairie Electric, you receive world-class electrical design and implementation services. All this along with the manufacturing capabilities required to deliver them. These capabilities include the design and assembly of electrical panels from within our state-of-the-art prefabrication shop.
All our work is designed to meet UL-listed standards. Plus, the fact that the work is done in-house means we have a staff dedicated to the fabrication, testing, and quality control of every piece we manufacture.
Finally, we can include in your automated conveyor system other essential components. These can include photo eyes, limit and proximity controls, PLC (programmable logic controllers), and other essential processing materials and equipment.
