Prairie Electric performs electrical, assembly, and programming services for businesses reliant upon automated conveyor systems.

Our work includes programming that is designed to render manifest systems capable of labeling and/or sorting products.

We also deliver products and programmable solutions for peripheral technologies related to automated conveyor systems including robotic arms, automated bottling systems, and more.

Conveyor Systems: Automation, Customization

Prairie Electric builds cutting-edge automation systems including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, chain conveyors, vibrating conveyors, and pneumatic conveyors.

It’s through technology — and the experience and expertise we bring to each production job — that we are able to provide specific solutions to our partners’ warehousing, production, and industrial needs.

Processes Informed By Experience
For our work on automated conveyor systems, we will likely follow a three-step process. This will inform not just our conveyor work but all the programming and design work we do.

Design: We learn about the system’s intended lifecycle and what it must accomplish. And we focus on how our work will satisfy the requirements of the relevant systems.
Review: Our review will ensure that the design meets the stated requirements.
Implementation: We implement the solution and conduct application evaluations. These are designed to assess the program’s performance and its productivity within the conveyor system.

These basic production processes are scalable and implementable to any automated conveyor system. We can deliver a fully automated system with electrical controls built in-house.

When you partner with Prairie Electric, you receive world-class electrical design and implementation services with the manufacturing capabilities required to deliver them. These capabilities include the design and assembly of electrical panels from within our state-of-the-art prefabrication shop.

All our work is designed to meet UL-listed standards. Plus, the fact that the work is done in-house means we have a staff dedicated to the fabrication, testing, and quality control of every piece we manufacture.

We can include other essential components in your automated conveyor system such as photo eyes, limit and proximity controls, PLC (programmable logic controllers), and other essential processing materials and equipment.

Making the world move through the flip of a switch is our passion, and we want the opportunity to quote your next project.
